Fair Play & Rules
The city is rough. The game is fair. Here's what gets you warned, muted or banned, and how to appeal.

Play fair
- No cheating. No hacks, modified clients, editing your save or game data, bots, macros or auto-clickers, and no scripts that play for you.
- No exploiting bugs. If you find one that gives you cash, items or an edge, report it, don't farm it. Abusing them gets the gains removed (only what was gained from the bug, never anything you paid for).
- One account per person. No second accounts ("alts") to feed your main, boost rankings, win your own bounties or get around a mute or ban. Players who share a home or computer can play, but their accounts can't send each other cash or items. The Game blocks that automatically.
- No real-money trading. Don't buy, sell or trade accounts, game cash or items for real money or anything outside the Game.
- No account sharing. Don't let others play your account or play someone else's.
Respect people
- Crime is the theme, not the behavior. No harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech or slurs, sexual content, or targeting players over who they are.
- No sharing anyone's real name, address, photos or other personal information. Don't ask other players for theirs.
- No spam, scams, phishing or fake "staff" messages. Staff will never ask for your password.
- Player names, gang names and profiles follow the same rules. No real brands or trademarks, and no impersonating other people.
Reporting
Use the Report button on any player's profile or any message. Reports go to the owner with the message and context. Reporting also blocks that player for you. False or spam reports break the rules too.
What happens
- Warning for a first or minor problem.
- Mute (no chat, posts or mail for a set time) for abusive messages. Several reports in a short time can mute someone automatically for 30 minutes until the owner reviews it.
- Limits: gains from cheating or exploits removed, or trading turned off.
- Ban (temporary or permanent) for serious or repeated cheating, multi-accounting, real-money trading, threats or hate.
A person reviews every ban. Automatic checks only flag accounts, they never ban anyone on their own. Items you paid real money for are never taken away as a punishment.
Appeals
Think we got it wrong? Appeal within 30 days from Account → Standing in the game (it works even while you're banned), or email tarussmith77@gmail.com with your player name and what happened. A person reviews every appeal, usually within a few days, and the decision is explained to you.
